Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with GrowthSprints ("we," "us," or "our"), a product development studio established and registered in the United Arab Emirates. By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

GrowthSprints provides digital product design, development, and deployment services to startups and businesses, with a primary focus on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region.

We offer two core service products:

• Rapid MVP — A working digital product delivered within approximately 3 weeks, starting at 15,000 AED. Includes strategy, design, development, and deployment.
• Custom Build — Full-scale product development delivered within approximately 3 months, starting at 50,000 AED. Includes end-to-end strategy, design, development, and launch.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a written project proposal or scope of work ("SOW") agreed upon prior to commencement.

All project pricing is fixed and agreed upon before any work begins. We do not bill hourly. The total project cost, payment schedule, and milestones are outlined in the SOW.

All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified. Payments are due according to the milestone schedule in your SOW. Late payments exceeding 14 days may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are settled.

Work is performed based on the agreed SOW. If you request features or changes beyond the original scope, we will provide a written change order with updated pricing and timeline before proceeding. No out-of-scope work is charged without your prior written approval.

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables — including source code, design files, documentation, and hosting credentials — are transferred to you. You own your product.

We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques developed or refined during the engagement for future projects. We may also reference the project (without disclosing confidential information) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Each product includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW:

• Rapid MVP: 1 round of design revisions, 1 round of development revisions, and 2 weeks of post-launch bug-fix support.
• Custom Build: 2 rounds of design revisions, 2 rounds of development revisions, and 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support.

Additional revisions or extended support beyond the included scope may be arranged under separate terms.

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, brand assets, and any required approvals. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines. We are not responsible for timeline delays caused by late client responses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthSprints' total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

For clients based in Saudi Arabia, we comply with applicable Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations regarding digital services and electronic transactions where relevant to the engagement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
